Once you have sent the pre-booking form we will reply as quickly as possible to confirm the booking depending on the rooms available and we will confirm the cost. By sending this form you have not made a confirmed reservation. Once availability for the requested dates has been confirmed by the owners, a firm booking will become effective once a deposit of 20% of the total cost of the stay has been paid in advance.
Booking and cancellation terms:
The owner may request those making a reservation to make an advance payment as a deposit which will then be deducted from the balance payable for the services provided. In the event of a cancellation, this deposit may be retained by the company, in accordance with the cancellation terms agreed between the parties. The rooms will be available for the client from 2 pm, unless an earlier entry has been agreed. Unless agreed to the contrary, guests must vacate their rooms by 12.00. midday.
Booking deposit: 20% of the total. Method of payment by bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid when the keys are collected. Cancellation of the booking: no reimbursements will be made.
